Torben Haugaard is exam. Psychotherapist related to the labor market. He has a long career as Reserve-officer in The Royal Lifeguard and 12 years’ service in the Danish Police force 8 years as spokesman and member of the board of The Copenhagen Police Society and the Danish Police Association.

Since 2002 Torben has been independent business consultant in his own consultancy working with organizational development, leadership training, coaching and stress coping.

Torben has 20 years of experience working in the labor market with a wide range of development programs from a psychological perspective especially focusing on leadership competences.

During his career he has held positions as CEO (pharma), HR manager and Nordic HR and Development director (Pharma), HR Director (IT), HR Manager (Engineering), Senior Consultant (Consultancy’s)

Worked for companies like, Novo Nordisk A/S, Novo Nordisk Engineering A/S, Rhône-Poulenc Rorer A/S, Compaq Computer A/S, Delta Light & Technic, Progrés A/S and Progressor A/S.

Torben has been involved in textile project in Bangladesh building a sustainable textile manufacturing plant.
