Furthermore, through experience from complex projects such as business transfer, outsourcing, employee development, cultural processes, value creation and organizational development, she has earned valuable insights, tools and techniques to share with clients.

Previously, Birgit has held positions such as HR Director, HR Manager and senior organizational consultant in various sectors. She is strategic, action-oriented and targeted. Throughout her career she has developed significant relational skills and a good understanding of how management teams can guide employees through organizational changes.
